    1 kg of pork or beef cut from the leg
    500 g vegetable onions
    1 clove of garlic
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    5 tbsp vegetable oil
    Lemon zest
    2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
    2 teaspoons of hot pepper powder
    1 teaspoon caraway seeds
