The Acura Integra Type-R was an icon of the late 1990s -- and the only "Type R" model Honda ever sold in the United States. Today I'm reviewing a 2001 Integra Type-R, and I'm going to show you why the Integra Type R is going up in value.

There’s another feature of the little door of the clock adjustment button. If you leave the that door in the close position and even if you don’t have the key in the ignition, you can push that little door and the clock will lit up to show the time.

I love your channel bro! I'm not a very knowledgeable person on cars but I guess I know more than the average person. I love Japanese tuned cars but I get why they get hate from car enthusiasts. They get hate in Japan too, from a specific type of group or groups that go too crazy.
I love hearing the history of cars. I used to spend hours reading the virtual museum in Gran Turismo 5 almost a decade ago.
The story of stolen Hondas and Acuras reminds me of The Fast and The Furious. Swap out TVs with VCRs and DVD players and put car parts and it's the same story hahaha

The car is rare and was very impressive 18 years ago. People stop hating or quit watching and complaining.

I absolutely love 90’s Honda gauges, and I don’t know why, they’re simple linear and sharp, and every 90’s Honda you drive including the accord you can kinda squint your eyes and imagine your driving a NSX

Matt Farah did a one take with a Type R. The owner basically said he won't leave the car unattended in public because he knows it will get stolen.

If you drove any Integra for an extended amount of time on twisty roads you would be addicted - one drive and barely redline won't impress you much - I think 111hp per liter is pretty impressive (not to mention the sounds that it emits)

I don't understand the Doug Score. You said 47 out of 50 but there are cars on your list with over 50?

You forgot how to turn on the clock manually by pressing the adjustment plate in. I owned a accord from the same era that was modified with acura, mitsubishi, and civic parts i had a 16g eclipse turbo butchered in and i used the stock boost gauge out of the eclipse. I used the gauge plates out of a civic and the seats out of the tegra

lol everyone in the comment section “I wouldn’t pay $4,000 for this POS.” That’s fine because you probably don’t have a penny to your name.

I find the round lights give it a far more unique look than the greneric Japanese model.

Nah ill just stick to buying the regular integra, no need for a type r. Especially if you can just k24/k20 swap them and beat almost anything on the road
