  • A film adaptation of the Hellboy comic book is once again made, this time starring David Harbour. But was it necessary, or even worth it? Here's my review of HELLBOY!#Hellboy

Rule number 1: if Del Toro directed it, do not do another one without himSame thing happened with Pacific Rim

@Carlos Yeah, very true. Any movie going up against Avengers is gonna have a hard time. Which is funny because Marvel of the past 5-6 years has been quite shit.

@giftofgab247 It also had way to much competition with Avengers etc.

Ron Perlman denied the role because Guillermo del Toro wasn't directing it.

@hex B not only that perlman is old af now so it would be harder for him to put on all that stuff and go back to hellboy

@Tyrone woodlong its not about that. Is about knowing who will do a great job based on previous experience.

Guillermo can still put out the 3rd Hellboy if he wants, I'll definitely buy a ticket for that.

It's not the most amazing movie ever but it's definitely entertaining and the violence is really good, I actually enjoyed it

Osvaldo_Tuga _ I loved it for the violent action/horror genre blend it was hellboy in the comics is even graphic and bloody and has humor I saw all of those things sure there are bad things about the movie. It’s still fun to watch though. I think a sequel with better editing would be what it really needs.

Loved the original 2 and loved Ron Perlman. I really wished they could have finished the trilogy.
