And all of a sudden, all pundits are out of their depth when José's on.

When you hear Jose speak you understand why he has been as successful as he’s been and why the other “pundits” sit on panels and are not managers... Respect!

Jamie or Gary: Say anything they think is extremely advanced and thoughtful
    Jose: It's a basic principle

I could hear Mourinho talk about tactics and football all day. He should have his own show!

If Jose was a US army general in the 60s he could’ve won the Vietnam War

José about Manchester City. "Don't you think they are very good when they don't have the ball. I think they are phenomenal. A top team has to be complete on four moments of the game- Possession, Non-possession, defensive transition and attacking transition. You can be a attacking team or less attacking team but what you have to be good in 4 moments....."
The special one may have his share attitude problems or ego problems or tenacity when it comes to certain things. Still he is a genius in his work. One hell of footballing brain that he owns...🙏

The charisma of Jose. Nobody speaks over him, disagree with him or challenge him.

Carra: "Would you like two sugars in your tea Jose?"
    Jose: "It's a basic principle!"
    Neville: (says literally anything)
Carra: (still loves Neville) "I completely disagree Gary!"

Can we all finally learn the difference between a professional and pundit?
Pundits: Emotional opinions, biased concepts and controversial statements to create interest.
Professional manager: Facts and figures to base their strategies on.
Theory crafting is easy, executing ideas and making things happen is a whole different ball-game.
