  • Officials in San Antonio are facing a new surge of migrants coming from Central Africa. Many arrive at the southern border with stories of government-sanctioned violence in their home towns. Manny Fernandez, the Houston bureau chief for The New York Times, joined CBSN to discuss the impact the surge is having on cities already dealing with migrants from Central America.

Well at least these people asked for help the legal way. They didn't crawl through tunnels, scale walls or come up out the water with newborns and placentas out. They also didn't smuggle in dope, which is the real reason these sun rejected Neanderthals don't want them dope to offer to the millions of Neanderthal dope addicts. Facts

Unbelievable...thank you politicians for always turning a blind eye to the actual citizens in desperate need. And instead coddling illegal immigration.

Democrats plan to make western countries the trash can of 3rd world countries. They tell them not to say " economic migrants", but they are victims of violence and other lies. Why America lets these left-wing political terrorists destroy America is a mystery.

If their intention was to make it to the u.s.,why did they go to Angola, that is going further to the east instead of west,I doubt there any any direct flights from Angola to Ecuador, that is a huge distance, and I don't see the connection, being that angola is a Portuguese speaking country and Ecuador speaks Spanish,I m not buying that lie ,I m sorry.more then likely, they took a plane from Angola to Brazil, and then found a connecting flight from Brazil to Ecuador, that makes sense.i don't believe they marched from Ecuador to the u.s. border, they are nothing like the migrants from South America, who clearly have no money, none of the South American migrants flew to the u.s. border,so please tell me where did the congolese find money to buy plane tickets and travel that far if they are escaping violence and persecution? I don't have money to even fly from ny to Florida, and they literally flew halfway across the globe!, and you want me to believe that they are legitimate refugees? I don't believe it,I m sorry

It's actually smart of them to take the Mexican Border route. They see how compassionate Congress is about the illegals at the Border.
