    Hey, BA, how about a thinly shaved raw brussels sprouts salad with a dried cranberry vinaigrette? Or a raw/massaged kale salad with roasted sweet potatoes, pecans, dried cherries or cranberries with an orange vinaigrette?

    The fact that they made salad for Thanksgiving instead of mac and cheese triggers me endlessly. Sometimes I forget BA is a frou frou New York Magazine, but then they always find a way to remind me *cough*liquid mashed potatoes*cough*.

    Everybody is talking about their chemistry or whatever, but these are people not actors. They made what looks like great dishes, that’s a success in itself. I’ll have to try the Brussels sprout one, maybe it’ll change my mind on how dirt flavored they are!

    Seeing all the comments/ criticism on claire in this video made me want to add on if anyone else has realised that her standards have dropped in gourmet makes? Like in recent episodes she didn't care as much as she did in the past about how accurate her gourmet versions are. Idk maybe she needs a break?

    At this point, I think the BA Test Kitchen Chefs revel in knowing no one will ever make their food. Building a side around an 898 squash? Which can't be bought at a store? It has to be bought as seeds and grown? Really? But your posting this video within 3 weeks of Thanksgiving, so there is no time to grow them even if you had the space and know how. I'm exasperated.
