but also not everything regulated by the FDA is safe! Our food literally has poison and so does our hygiene products, just google all the ingredients and their side effects!

I buy protein powder because I like a quick drink in the morning and the greens powder because I really hate veggies. I get most of my 'veggies' from powder made from crushed up kale and v8. I know that isn't the healthier choice, but it is convenient and filling. However, I always stay away from the detox teas and various pill supplements. My organs are working, so I don't need any detoxing. They do that for me.

A lot of these homeopathic teas and natural stuff are things that mainly worked maybe 100 years ago and more, when simply because people truly believed "this is gonna make me healthy", it did. BUT, That was back when a good outlook on getting better was all a person needed, because the average person was NOT educated about the human body as they are today. Bet even there, it's a psychological thing. That MAY work today, but studies have shown that our bodies have already built immunities AGAINST these homeopaths, and for the most part. It does nothing. The ONLY teas that help influence my body into any state are Lavendar for sleep, and Lemon Balm/Chamomile for colds or fevers (and even here, it's only meant to help with coughing). Tea is the only Homeopathic thing that works, and even then, only minimally. We are not the same human beings that existed 100 years ago when these drugs and tea's were used.

Hey Doc quick query.. can you clarify for me are all suppliments unnecessary?
I.e are sometimes vitamins useful? Such as vit D in winter or less sunny climates. Or vit c? I was always told vit c is a good thing to have.

Also on the topic of tea. Would it be fair to say some have good properties about them even though detox tea is fake? such as camomile for calming?. Or ginger tea for queasy tummy?
Im genuinely interested in your thoughts on this!
    Many thanks

For me as a chronically ill patient magnesium with B6 and cod-liver oil with ADE are helping me. Not much because I have very poor immune system but hey... We need to try every hope on this war.

Thank you so much for this video and for all your information. I am a nurse, with still a long way to go on training and more education but with my little experience I keep fighting against all of this products and companies. Im specially concern now with a company name Monat, which sells shampoo and skin care, also is an MLM which I also hate. The point is they are claiming that those products are completely natural, vegan, fda approved and detox 🤦🏻‍♀️. They are facing many lawsuits and many people have reported allergic reactions and hair loss. All my friends are selling it and I’m terrified.
Can you please make a video explaining that FDA does not approve any of this products and that hair can’t detox, of course without mentioning any names of the product. Thanks.
