    Good drills. Would be interested to know the exact footwork patterns esp starter steps drilled to make the starts as efficient as possible. Ditto the exacts steps and timings for catching the ground ball and transition to throw, right foot timing, left foot timing. Important not to waste a split second - a runner should be able to run a single in 3 seconds. Average speed 20 feet per second. Waste 1/8 of a second in any of the mechanics or with a weak arm is to give 2’6” to the runner...he’s in. These d...
