+NHK LM well yeah but it's still part of the kitchen. Lol. We had a pass through window as well. It would get far too cluttered if you were walking by the cooks to grab shit.

I can’t understand how the owners get mad He has cook books, restaurants, and cooking shows for a reason. He’s a millionaire for a reason.

+Rida Aslam Only one person here was “trying to get some attention”, the one who picked a grammar fight with a writer by telling him to “learn to write” (and using a transparently made-up example). And how revealing that you immediately assume that someone displaying a modicum of verbal dexterity must therefore be using Google to search for “big words”. Because you’re poorly-educated and inarticulate, you can’t even imagine that someone is just well-educated and able to express themselves in grammatica...

I'm not a foodie, far from it, but I've never seen such foetuses for micro carrots, I'm used to seeing baby carrots, which you can nibble on as part of the meal, even if they're used to garnish

“Would you like us to prepare another French onion?”*“Joe, it takes about 4 hours to caramelize the onions...”*

  • darafeth

I'm saying this as a professional chef whose been in the industry for over 10+ years, both of sides of this are right here. Yes you can get caramelized onions in an hour but you can get well to be frank even better caramelized onions if you cook them low and slow for 4 hours. Gordon Ramsay is a high class chef and I assure you that for him, the expectation is that restaurants should 100% take the route which results in better flavor and from scratch rather than whats quickest.

I just love how as soon as Gordon Ramsay walks into a restaurant with cameras, the entire staff immediately betrays their place of employment. Lmao. I don't blame them. It's a good plan.

Edgar Chambers V completely true. I do wish more restaurants (and people in general) used it to preserve certain nutrients of vegetables when cooked, since that’s really its best use.

+Fortnite Kid ive eaten puke on a dare when i was drunk and in my early 20s and i didnt puke! Meat and chocolate is nothing. Ive eaten rotten meat on more than a few occasions and never acted like a pukey child making a scene. Ive chugged chunky milk before realizing it was bad and never puked! Your suggestion is weak.
