  • Glass breaks. Apple has once again made the back glass on their new iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro permanent. Apple charges 300 to 600 dollars to replace the glass back on their new iPhones. Lucky for us, there is now an easier way to replace the back glass on your iPhone 8, iPhone X, or even iPhone 11. And that is with the new Laser Separator machine. There are several brands out there, the one I use in this video is from REWA: https://bit.ly/2Ks6BmC

Watch us try to remove the back iPhone glass with liquid nitrogen: https://www.faceclips.net/video/ZMKDoQ3qk7k/video.html (it is near impossible)

Watch the Apple Watch screen replacement: https://www.faceclips.net/video/PZYWzsB_yfA/video.html (also near impossible)

For every step a company might take to make their product repairable, there are thousands of awesome people coming up with solutions, and ways to repair 'repairable' devices. This iPhone laser glass separator machine is one of the coolest solutions I have ever seen.

"simulated emission" should be "stimulated emission". The process involves using light to force excited atoms to emit their own light. The light particles that these atoms emit will all be identical and thus the laser is made.

Why not use plexiglass in the first place ? It is less likely to break and scratches can be polished out 🤔

As a loyal Apple fan I've been not buying any new updated models since the iPhone 3, when they kindly updated my device and it went from working perfectly to painfully laggy after just one (the final) update. It was then I knew what sort of honest folks I was dealing with, and committed myself to a goal - that I would dedicate my self to the brand by never buying any of their disposable junk again... and advising everyone who asked for advice in my IT job, that iPhones are designed, from the ground up, with the primary goal of bleeding you dry, by being deliberately constructed to become obsolete via planned physical flaws that would lead to catastrophic failures, or failing that - a software update to make it basically unusable.

I'm never ceased to be totally puzzled by the blind loyalty of Apple fans, whether they are aware of being a cows nipple, to be aggressively squeezed dry and cheated out of their hard-earned money by some greedy corporate cabal of dishonest crooks who have total disregard for them the customer or the environment, they manipulate the law using corrupt politicians in America, and lets not forget the poor employees in poorer countries, employees literally driven to kill themselves, by being pressured to work under terrible conditions for low pay.

Apple are one of the most unethical, abusive, and frankly gross companies that have ever existed, Jobs was a huge sociopath, a real piece of 'work' - but he is worshipped buy a (possibly unstable/unwell) segment of society. People are willing to go all out signalling their personal ethics against companies like BP, they will boycott them, protest and I'm all for it when it's due, I'm left as they come... but a "trendy company like Apple" and not even liberal, folks big on ethics and supposedly against corruption and disregard fore workers and the environment, seem to be willing to forgo their pretty (fragile) macbooks and flaky expensive iphones and rip-off apple watches.... and they wonder why people associate them with those little fluffy livestock animals?? Really? C'mon, modern times and our high-resolution awareness of the world these days, all the great alternatives to Apples poor products, nobody needs to be using that company anymore other than purely for posing, for image, for the brand.

Isn’t the laser machine thing more expensive than it costs you to repair the back glass by apple?

Nice bit of kit! I used to have a vacuum suction wire cutting screen remover, but curved screens ended that era. It's great to see new tech being put to good use; taking a bite of cash away from Apple 🤙
