If i had a dollar for EVERYTIME i heard “you’re pretty for a dark skin girl” or i was asked what i was mixed with because the grain of my natural hair is more fine than what considered “norm” for dark skin women i'd be swimming in money

I get the question about being mixed all the time, and I'll never understand why that question just pops up in their head.

Your insecurity is someone else's money. Be proud of your skin, people. God gave that look for a reason. Everyone is unique in their own. ❤

@Paula yeah fake tan is safer than bleaching. But really people don't use fake tan. They burn their skin. Which will bring them skin cancer in the long term. (When I go swimming I see so many people now that the sun is out, so unhealthy. tanned yes, but only by burning their skin to a crisp every single year the last 50 years.) Litterally more than half of the sun cream products at the drug store are tanning or bronzing. People who should stay out of the midday sun are using SPF4 bronzing cream and bur...

Colorism is so normalized it's disturbing. One level that truly bothers me is when dark black men say they don't date dark skinned black women. If I ever hear them say that I say isn't your mother black? How on earth can you disrespect a whole group of women yet say I love my mamma! Can you imagine how your mother felt hearing this the same beautiful strong black woman who you say you'd never let anyone disrespect her! Stop the hypocrisy,

REDD-IVEEE true, saying “I don’t like darkskin women” plus all the other insults they try and throw when they literally have a darkskin woman as a mom is basically saying they hate their mom smh

I'm a caucasian woman (who lives in the Southeastern US) who watches your videos aaaaalllll the time and I am so glad women with deeper skin tones are taking the beauty industry by storm. People who don't get why you are saying these things don't understand how deep deep DEEP racism runs, or they're just ignoring it. Love your videos and your personality and your beautiful face!!!!!!!!!!
