  • Today I show you how to properly meditate. Meditation has countless physical & mental benefits. For example: it lowers blood pressure, improves your immune system, anxiety decreases, anus tightens, creativity increases, happiness increases, ball sack tingles like a fish fillet, mind dramatically sharpens & so much more. I highly recommend at least 30 minutes of meditation each day to ensure your mind remains happy & healthy. This method works great for beginners, experts & everyone in-between.
