    Also known as slow jogging.
    It was made popular by the late Dr Hiroaki Tanaka.
    Niki niko means 'smile' in Japanese.

    Exercise notes:
    Running intensity heart rate (bpm) = 138 - (age/2)
    Eg: I am 49y so my intensity should be:
    138 - (49/2)
    = 138 - 25
    = 113 bpm
    Or the intensity you can run with a smile :-)
