I'm totally inspired!! TYhank tyou Shannon. Being a former 2x Texas State Masters (50-59) Natural Bodybulding Champion and numerous other Nationl level contests also in Bodybuilding...Now in my 15th month and at a starting weight of 215lbs to a current weight of 190...riding 120-140 miles/wk I owe it all to my 2x weekly interval madness and weekly rides. Go Shannon!! You rock man.

Great clip and I'm inspired by the attitude of Shannon. Thanks for sharing.

PS - I don't think many/any motorists would be hassling a group of cyclists if Shannon was riding with them :-)
